StacyQ Terms of Service: User Agreement & Platform Guidelines

Welcome to StacyQ ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the StacyQ website located at stacy-q.net (the "Site") and any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The "StacyQ" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of StacyQ or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of StacyQ.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant StacyQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the Services and StacyQ's business.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall StacyQ, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if StacyQ has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall StacyQ's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the amount you have paid to StacyQ in the past twelve (12) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from StacyQ or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
